After working as a dental nurse for seven years, I qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1990 at RAF Halton, training as a civilian alongside the service personnel.
Since then I have worked mainly in North Oxford where I have developed an excellent reputation among my patients for offering a friendly, high-quality service that is comfortable, thorough, and efficient.
My priority is to provide evidence based Oral Care in a thorough but gentle manner to achieve maximum results.
I just wanted to write to say thank you so much for my recent dental wash and brush up! As you know when we first met I was quite uncomfortable with dental hygiene visits and was recommended to you and your air flow machine. I was so surprised and impressed with the results that I did not think it could be improved upon, but after my visit last week I am driven to write and say how wonderful your new version of the air flow is. From a patient perspective it really does not feel that you are doing anything other than a gentle wash – but the results are stunning. I no longer fear my visits to the chair and can even enjoy the experience of a relaxing gentle lie down for 20 minutes. I would be really happy if you ever get referrals for wimps like me in the future for you to pass on my details to reassure them that this treatment is both comfortable and effective. My gums have never been healthier, I have struggled for years to maintain a good standard of gum health, since my visits to you I have never felt more confident – above all you have given me back my smile for which I can never thank you enough.
